I love to use essential oils in my wellness routines to soothe and even manage negative emotions, to encourage relaxation and ease my stress load.
Why is this topic so important to me?
Stress relief and emotional support was exactly the reason I started exploring essential oils in the summer of 2018. My family had been through a roller coaster of emotions for about 3 years, with one health crisis after another starting with my husband's stroke in 2015 (He's doing really well now, don't worry kind reader)
...to almost losing my Dad to Cancer, and then Sepsis a few years later, having my Mom fall and break her hip and going through a long recovery. And sadly losing our precious dog in the middle of it all.
Somehow, I connected with doTERRA essential oils and started to explore the world of aromatherapy at the time I needed the most stress relief and I'm ever so grateful that I did.
Why am I sharing this with you?
I want to share this tremendous gift with you because I want to help as many people as I can. When you find something that works, you want to share it with everyone! It is truly a gift to be able to reach for an essential oil or oil blend and connect more deeply with how you're feeling in the moment, to elevate your energy and feel more able to cope with whatever is in front of you in the moment. Aromatherapy has helped me shift through some stressful states.
