Peaceful feelings seem to be in short hand these days am I right? If you're anything like me, the new normal is a little exhausting and fearful or anxious thoughts may have you spinning.
Taking a few moments out of a busy work day to breathe deeply can be very de-stressing and help you carve out some moments of peace. More moments like these strung together can help you feel more resilient, even if it is a "fake it until you make it" ruse.
One of my favorite practices is to use essential oils on the back of my neck, behind the ears and on my temples when I need some time to relax. Another great place is the insides of the wrist creases on the pulse points...I like to use this oil when I'm doing a whole body breathing meditation like the one below.

Using essential oils is a great way to anchor any relaxation or meditation practice. Aromatherapy can help you create and tap into a relaxing space when you most need to.
