As I write this, we are are navigating uncharted territory and managing our emotional and physical wellness during what is likely the first pandemic of our lifetime.
What's making life even more challenging is the trying to juggle all of the other "life stuff" ahead of these new challenges. It's like adding fuel to an already smoldering fire--maybe you're feeling it too?
My other "life stuff" was my husband's stroke* at 47 four years ago. To say I was feeling depleted and scattered energetically was an understatement. I struggled with finding energy, quality sleep and focus a lot of the time. My burnout had burnout... I started to question what I was spending my precious life doing, where my time was going and how could I manage my life and feel better.
Enter essential oils and some better habits...
After some serious soul searching, falling apart and piecing myself back together what seemed like over and over again, I decided something had to give and tried something different.
The DIFFERENCE came when I committed to taking better care of myself. I decided to try essential oils to help me sleep better. I explored doTERRA, the most tested and trusted band. I fixed my sleep and started to add oils to other wellness protocols like meditation, yoga and even walking! I did this one oil--one activity at a time.
Slowly, as I continued to explore oils that helped me sleep, relax and get focused, I got to a place of feeling like I had tools to cope. I found that a combination of daily routines helped anchor me, and allowed me to feel better and be better able to respond to whatever life had to throw at me.
And now I'm making it my life's mission to help others do the same. It would be my sincere pleasure to be your guide.
*my sweet baboo (aka my husband) is doing very well now, thank you for thinking of him! He still has some issues with planning and memory but we feel like we dodged a bullet here, I'm so grateful he's still with me.

My focus for the last few years has been on improving the quality of self-care in the form of sustainable movement, meditation, planning, and journaling.

Do I still struggle with these things...sure I still have bad days, but anchoring good habits with the use of essential oils helps reduce my anxious thoughts and manage my stress while helping me prioritize sleep and rest and things that fill me up rather than deplete my precious energy.
